Follow steps :-
Step 1 -> set path of android-sdk under preferences
Step 2-> if you have android plugin installed in your eclipse, you will see below android options under Window Menu Option
Step 3 -> Creating a new Project , right click under project explorer and click on project.
Step4-> Select Android Project, under android option and click on next.
Step -> Give name to Project and click on next.
Step -> Select the android version you want to create application for. You can also change it later, if required.
Step -> Give Package Name as its mandatory and click on finish
Project is Up, now you can create another Angry Bird :D :D
